Where we ship

We ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO addresses. Outside the US? Email adrianek.pra@gmail.com and we'll let you know when international shipping opens.

What it costs

• $3.99 flat rate on US orders.
• Free shipping on orders of $25 or more (the 2-pack ships free).

How long it takes

Every Spinek is hand assembled in Lake Zurich, Illinois, then tested and paired with a setup instructions link before it ships. Orders ship within 2-5 business days, and USPS delivery usually takes another 2-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start the next business day.

Tracking

You'll get an order confirmation email, then a second email with tracking as soon as the label is made. No tracking email? Check spam, then email us.

Wrong address

We ship to the address entered at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us right away. If the label hasn't been printed we'll fix it for free. If a package comes back to us because of a wrong address, we'll re-ship it for the cost of a new label.

Lost or damaged

If tracking says delivered but it isn't there, give it 48 hours, since packages are sometimes marked delivered early. Still missing, or arrived damaged? Email us with your order number (and a photo if damaged) and we'll send a replacement.
