Refund policy

The short version

30 days to return it for a refund. If it arrives broken or the chip won't read, we replace it and you don't send it back.

Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return a Spinek for a full refund of the product price. It should be in resellable condition: not scratched up from being carried on keys. Spinning it and tapping it to see if you like it is fine.

To start a return, email adrianek.pra@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send the return address.

• Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item was defective or we sent the wrong thing.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.
• Original shipping isn't refunded on a change-of-mind return.

Defective or wrong item

If your Spinek arrives broken, doesn't spin, or the chip won't read, don't send it back. Email us with your order number and a photo or short video, and we'll ship a replacement at our cost.

Not a defect

Each Spinek is hand assembled, so small imperfections in texture, layer lines or engraving are normal. Normal wear from living on your keys isn't covered, and neither is damage from crushing, washing or taking it apart.
